The work "Introduction to Civil Law, General Principles I" is an educational aid that covers fundamental legal concepts that are absolutely necessary for easy monitoring and understanding of all branches of law, especially private law, such as the rule of law and its interpretation, right, claim, prescription, objections, subjects of law, legal capacity, and objects of law and legal relationships.

In textbooks on the General Principles of Civil Law, it is customary to include a chapter that deals with law in general and the rule of law. But even the rest of the material, referring to basic concepts such as subjects of law (persons), right, legal action, etc., essentially makes the General Principles an introduction not only to Civil Law but also to law as a whole.
