It was my first purchase of silicone insoles, I can say it was also my last. Very poor fit, I put them in my work boots, the thickness under the arch is too big, resulting in me not being able to walk. I tried cutting them at that point, it was slightly better but still didn't do the job. They must be meant for people with flat feet, otherwise it doesn't make sense! The result was throwing them away the next day.

They helped me a lot... Just be careful with the shoes you will put the insoles in, they must be a larger size because the foot won't fit inside.
