Owner of the suitcase for about 2 years with daily use on sidewalks and over 15 airport mishandlings. After using cloth and plastic suitcases at similar prices, this might be the best choice.
Plenty of space for tools. Small space for small items. The hinges on the top lid broke because they are plastic after 10 days of use. It needs a patent to have metal hinges installed.
I have it for about 3 months. It fits everything inside. The quality is sturdy for all three parts. The sealing is secure, both for the toolbox lid and the small toolbox, and when they are all together, there are no gaps. The bottom part has a lot of space, even though it doesn't seem like it. The only thing that concerns me is the sliding handle, which doesn't hold up well. I highly recommend it. Rating: 5 for quality, 5 for stability, 5 for practicality, 2 for durability of the sliding handle, and 3 for durability of the wheels.
I have gathered all my tools, heavy ones like a wheel-heat gun, etc. On the top part, I have two fabric cases (Stanley Fabric Tool Bag 1-93-601), one with screwdrivers and the other with pliers and cutters. Inside, there is a shelf for first aid tools (electrical and plumbing) and in the middle, there are various components in a tobacco tin (screws, etc). Overall, very good organization, excellent quality, and it locks with a padlock.
