The Baby K'tan baby carrier is an innovation in baby transportation. It combines sling, wrap, and tai, providing the benefits and advantages of all three. There is nothing like it, it is ready to wear, and it provides comfort for the mother to carry her baby or toddler (from newborn to 3 years old) in multiple positions.

Babyk'tan Tips

  • Make sure the baby has clean air
  • You should be able to fit two fingers between the baby's chin and chest
  • If the baby's head is not supported, use one of the two fabric rings to support the head
  • For positions that require the waistband: Make sure the waistband is securely fastened around the baby
  • For the Hug position, double hip position, or adventure positions: Make sure the fabric is spread wide and reaches the baby's knees to create a comfortable and secure seat
  • Check your baby frequently, especially when they are under 4 months old

Information about size

  • When you try the Baby K'tan (without the baby inside), the lowest point where the fabric should fall should be below the chest and above the waist. When wearing the baby, the lowest point should be at the waist or midsection, but not below the hips.
  • When transferring your baby into the Baby K'tan: If the lowest point of the sling is at the hips, choose a smaller size. If the lowest point is at your chest, choose a larger size.
  • When carrying your baby with the Baby K'tan and you feel that the sling is too loose (e.g. the baby feels insecure, the legs move too much when walking, or it slips off your shoulders), choose a smaller size.
  • The size of the Baby K'tan is not based on the age or weight of the child. The stretchy fabric and different carrying positions allow the sling to "grow" with your child. In other words, you don't need to get a larger size as your baby grows and becomes a toddler. (up to 16 kg)
  • The Baby K'tan sling is made from 100% cotton. It should fit securely and safely on you and your baby. For better fit, wash and dry it - it will fit even tighter on your body. If you are a new mom and inexperienced in baby wearing, you may think that the sling is too small, but it being snug is important for the safe transportation of the child and good support for your back. The cotton, stretchy weave allows the Baby K'tan to adapt to you and your baby.

    Attention to the size you will choose. It helps a lot to not constantly hold the baby in your arms. It sleeps and you can do chores and rest. Just put the baby correctly according to its size and age, of course.

    Awesome baby carrier. You only carry the weight of your baby and not any extra weight that the carrier has. It's like having your baby in your arms. Stable. The baby doesn't slip, stays in a kissing position. Pay attention to the size. Trust the size assistant. I got an xs and although it felt tight at first, when it opened up it was perfect. 4 stars because it didn't work for me with breastfeeding

    I have tried various baby carriers and I have to say that this one really worked for me. It is very soft but also sturdy enough to support the baby. You can easily put it on by yourself while holding the baby. I would classify it as a must-have for every new mom.

    My little one is now 8 months old and weighs 10 kilograms, and it seems that he is getting heavier... unfortunately.

    The only thing I would do differently is the color. This gray looks like a plain T-shirt in color and I would prefer it to be a bit more vibrant. But that is a personal preference and it doesn't change the quality of the product.

    Quality product although my daughter didn't get used to it since we didn't get it from newborn so she could get accustomed to the position she should have in order to be in a sling. However, I would recommend it to someone who has just given birth.
