It is a mixer, which means it has only one mixing mechanism to easily achieve the desired water temperature, making it easy and practical to use.
It is tall, which will help you wash large dishes more easily. However, tall taps are not ideal for all sinks. If you place it in a shallow sink, the water will spill out. Ideally, it should be installed in a sink with a large depth. It has a detachable shower with reset, which provides great flexibility, as you can wash pots, pans, and the sink itself. To function properly, the cabinet under the sink should be empty.

After 3.5 years of use, the faucet cartridge broke, resulting in water leaking into the cabinet and causing damage. It is unacceptable for it to wear out so quickly; I hope they have released a sturdier replacement. Other than that, as a faucet, it is very good, but it requires attention to replace the cartridge before it causes damage.
Note 1: The representative in Thessaloniki was very helpful and sent 2 replacement parts for repair. The reason for the wear was probably the granite sink; it needs processing to smooth the edges of the hole so they are not sharp and damage the cartridge.Translated from Greek ·- Ergonomics

The faucet was purchased in November 2018 and its hose broke in January 2020. I managed to work without using the shower for a long time so that water wouldn't spray everywhere until April 2021 when all the lower cabinets were filled with water, as the water from the broken hose was flowing backwards into the cabinets. Therefore, I had to contact the dealership. They informed me that this is natural wear and tear that is not covered by the 5-year warranty (only if the hose broke 1-2 days after the purchase would it be considered a factory defect!). After managing to contact the authorized service and order a €15 replacement part, they have been telling me on the phone since April that they will receive the replacement parts next week, as you can understand, they still haven't received them! It is unacceptable to consider the breaking of the shower hose, which was used only 15 times within a year, as natural wear and tear. It's not about the monetary value but about the way it is being handled. I followed up with the date when the faucet replacement finally arrived! They had sent me the previous message to get rid of me after I had been bothering them on the phone since April, and the following message is when the replacement part finally arrived.

After many months of experience with this specific faucet, I am absolutely satisfied. I have placed it in the kitchen and its use is daily by a large family. It is very practical, resistant to scratches, and easy to clean from salts. Its size is ideal for comfortably washing pots and pans in the sink. The extendable sprayer is very helpful. The only negative is that you cannot directly attach a water filter on it because it will not stand due to its weight.
