  The game is just as difficult as the originals on the PS1. I can't stand hearing people say that the difficulty has increased. The secret is to play with the dpad because otherwise you will fall off cliffs and generally lose unfairly. The most difficult one is the first Crash that I haven't finished yet. Definitely more tracks and the difficulty level has increased significantly. In the old game, you had the ability to skip a track, but in the new one, you can't, and after a certain point, the difficulty level becomes annoying and even frustrating. I like the fact that if you lose a track, you can replay it, but yes... it becomes a bit annoying after a certain point. Also, I have experienced instances where the game progress was not saved, and I had to play it again. Of course, as soon as I heard the music, many flashbacks and chills occurred, that's for sure, but it also has its negatives, no matter how classic the game may be.
