First impressions:
- Pay attention to the model: There is the WM 225 and the WM 225-G. The second one has an additional Grill function and therefore more cooking options on the top switch.
- The mobile phone test shows that there are no microwave leaks.
- If it is placed at a lower level than the height of the head (which is common, e.g. on a kitchen counter), the rotary switches cover the indicators that are located below them and you have to bend down to see them.
- The product comes with a user manual in English - Spanish - Portuguese. It is not available in Greek, not even on the Teka Hellas website, which on the one hand makes the device difficult to use for unfamiliar people (e.g. older people), and on the other hand is illegal since it is a product that is imported and sold within the Greek territory.
- The user manual does not mention anything about what the user should do the first time the device is operated ("preheating").

Fortunately, the dealership in Greece is helpful and sent me the manual in Greek, while also giving me instructions for preheating (a bowl of water for 2 minutes in the microwave).
