After 1 year and about 10 uses, the bag broke. Specifically, it came off from the device. The good thing is that it costs 33 Euros, while the value of the whole device is 42 Euros. I will come back regarding the dealership's response.

I bought it for balcony cleaning and it is perfect for this job. It is powerful and you can adjust the speed from 1-6 (the lower the speed, the quieter it is). I mainly use it at speed 4 and it sucks everything. The only negative is that the cable is 20cm (like almost all of them), so keep in mind that you will need an extension cord. At 40 euros, I believe it is a good solution.

I was not impressed by its power, although I haven't tried any other to compare. In some stores, it is advertised as having aluminum wings, but it is actually made of plastic.
