    The content is dry from the first use. I would not buy it again. I do not recommend it at all. The product is a waste of money.

    It was dry, I put some liquid on it, still dry. It doesn't lift lashes and also dries them out, causing them to become tangled and little pieces come off when removing it and get into the eyes. Terrible product.
