Espresso

There are two ways to enjoy an espresso at home! With Espresso machines that accept ground (or whole bean) coffee and espresso machines that accept capsules.

Espresso Machines

If you want an Espresso machine that accepts coffee beans and takes care of grinding them automatically, so that your coffee is always fresh and aromatic, you should choose an automatic Espresso machine.

You can choose coffee from a huge range of different flavors and aromas, according to your preferences.  Whole bean coffee to enjoy freshly ground coffee every time! If you prefer ground coffee, there are many options and you can choose the coffee that suits your palate better! Greek

The pleasure of a Greek coffee has timeless value! Its characteristic aroma and taste take you on a journey! It is unique thanks to the varieties chosen for it as raw material and thanks to the way it is roasted, ground, and prepared.

The proper Greek coffee is brewed in a hovoli, but since it is a bit difficult to have a hovoli in our homes, a gazaki will do the job well! A new, user-friendly, and equally effective way to brew your coffee is with Greek coffee makers. You can choose an electric briki with or without a thermostat, as well as automatic Greek coffee makers that do it all by themselves.

Filter Coffee

Filter coffee is prepared in many ways. One of them is by pouring hot water over ground coffee and letting it pass through a paper filter drop by drop. This process is known as "pour over". It is achieved with filter coffee machines!

Another way to make filter coffee is to place the ground coffee in a special container, which we fill with hot water and after leaving it for a few minutes, we press the plunger of the device - and this is the so-called "Full Immersion" process. During the preparation of filter coffee, the water should be heated to 88 to 96 °C depending on the type of coffee and personal preference. 

The choice of coffee is a personal matter as you can choose from a wide range of flavors and aromas. 

Instant Coffee (Nes)

The preparation of instant coffee (Nes) can be done in two ways: either by first mixing a small amount of water with the coffee and sugar mixture, or with the special steam-powered machine (coffee maker) for producing instant coffee. At home, we can easily make it in 2 ways, either by the classic stirring in the cup with a spoon, or with a handheld frother/mixer!

Of course, your water should be warm and it is best not to exceed 80 degrees (just before boiling). You will need a kettle to make your coffee instantly!

For perfect results in your coffee, use filtered water to get rid of chlorine. At home, this is easily done with a filtered jug. And to complete the coffee experience at home, you can choose a beautiful Greek cup or mug as well as an espresso cup.
