European Car-Free Day! What transportation options do you have?
On Friday 22/9, we celebrate European Car-Free Day and we suggest alternative solutions for getting around the city and beyond!
Initially, if you live in a big city, you can always choose to commute by subway. Yes, I know, the bus is not your favorite means of transportation, but why not the subway! You can leave your car at the nearest subway station and arrive at your destination relaxed, having enjoyed your music and without all the hassle of traffic and parking, especially in the city center!
If, however, I didn't convince you, there are very economical and environmentally friendly solutions in the long run! Let's see them:
Scooter
Believe it or not, scooters are here to stay and you can find them in all sizes and colors, with specs that will surprise you!
Did you know that there are electric scooters that can reach speeds of up to 150 km/h? And they don't stop there, most of them are foldable so you can take them with you everywhere, while they also have suspensions for a smoother ride. Of course, they also have Bluetooth to connect them to an app and have control over everything!
A scooter is an investment worth considering, as it has very low maintenance costs, especially compared to a car. Check out the top scooter options here, for all your needs!

Bicycle
What's better than a bicycle! We all know it and we all love it, as it is by far the most comfortable alternative means of transportation (and the most environmentally friendly). If you choose the right bicycle for you, your commute will be extremely easy, with literally zero cost!
Don't forget that you can attach a front basket to it, to easily carry bags and groceries, or a bag for your water bottle, lock, phone, or anything else you want!

Hoverboards
Hoverboards, although small, have great power and can carry a lot of weight. The truth is that it's a bit difficult at first until you learn it, but then "driving" becomes a game! It is quite stable but not recommended for long distances, as it is not as comfortable as a scooter or a bike and is more sensitive to road bumps and "rough patches". Nevertheless, they have evolved so much that they even have built-in speakers that connect via Bluetooth to make your rides even more unique!
So, these were our suggestions, to reduce your ecological footprint as much as possible and show a little more love for our planet, when it comes to your daily movements!
