Today I received a response from the benning Germany service regarding the Duspol Expert.
The response from the service is that the instrument CANNOT BE REPAIRED....!!!!
And the warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase, if something happens within the warranty period, then it can be replaced after the warranty expires. It's a waste of money, this brand.
In other words, this brand is a waste of money and it's garbage.
AVOID BUYING PRODUCTS FROM THIS PARTICULAR BRAND...
I had this specific benning instrument since 2020, I bought it for 68€ back then, not through skroutz but directly from the only official seller of this brand in Greece.
The instrument presented a problem 1 to 2 months ago and it stopped working properly.
The instrument was used with great care and attention. However, unfortunately, it developed a problem and since then it stopped working properly.
I contacted the store where I bought it (you can find who is the official reseller of benning Greece with an internet search) to see what will happen with this instrument (since it is out of warranty), but in vain.
The store from which I bought it (which is the official reseller of BENNING) throws the ball to the benning Greece representation.
I contacted the official representation, but in vain as well. The company throws the ball to the seller from whom I bought the device.
For a long time now, I couldn't find a solution. One throws the ball to the other and there is no service for their products in our country. And someone should contact the official service exclusively in GERMANY!
In other words, STAY AWAY from this company and its products!
I learn that many colleagues have problems with the same brand and its products, and the same issue of handling.
What a pity...
I inform you that I had contact with the Greek representation here and unfortunately, they told me to send it at my own expense (with all that entails) to the service in benning Germany. They can't do anything else, neither the representation nor the official reseller of benning Greece...
