Description

Induction Cooktop

The type is induction, meaning only the bottom of the cookware is heated and not the entire burner, resulting in the surrounding area remaining cool to the touch. It uses less energy compared to other types of burners and the cooking time is halved. For example, water boils in less than 90 seconds.

Cleaning it is very easy, since the area around the cookware remains cool, so anything that spills does not heat up and stick to the surface.

A necessary condition for this type of burner is that the cookware must be compatible with induction burners, meaning made of stainless steel or cast iron, as we cannot use all types of cookware. Finally, if you have small children, it is considered the safest option.

Touch Control

The handling for selecting the desired temperatures and settings is done digitally and via touch.

All options are integrated into the surface, so all you need to start cooking is a few gentle touches with your finger.

On its digital display, you can see your current settings at any time.

Cooking Surface

It features a large cooking surface with a diameter of 17 cm. It can reach temperatures from 60°C to 270°C.

    We messed up badly, looking for a "good" and cheap temporary solution!

    It does the job, but only up to a point!!!
    The material it is made of is plastic.
    Also, when it works, it has a worrying smell of plastic. Could it be toxic? I don't know...
    It also makes a strange noise.
    Don't even pay attention to the fact that it says "touch control", it's a lie!
    Another thing I noticed is some small gaps, it seems designed like this, from which you can see all the wires and mechanism. So I ask the following question: If water gets in through the gaps, will it explode?
    Overall, it seems to be a poor construction, I don't know if it will last long... Above all, it is NOT like the smart, edited photos that present it, and it definitely is NOT worth the €25 I bought it for!!!

    In terms of functionality perfect. Some mention only for pots with a diameter of 16cm. In a non-stick pot with a 22cm base diameter and 29cm top diameter, everything is done economically. Boiling pasta, simmering soups, heating food, frying potatoes, even grilling steaks with excellent cooking. As for the quality of construction, we have it for a few months. However, I believe that the speed and economy it offers outweigh a short lifespan.

    Much bulkier than expected and quite lightweight construction.
    The induction technology heats up the cookware quickly and stops heating immediately once you close it.
    Induction does not work on non-magnetic cookware, such as common stainless steel.

    For the price, it is very good, the downside is the small eye of 16.5 cm.
    If you put a larger cookware, it only heats up in the center, leaving the perimeter "cold".
    If someone already has induction cookware with a large diameter, they will need to buy a cooktop with a larger eye.

    * Sometimes, after prolonged cooking, the cooktop shuts off for safety. * More often in the summer.

    * 5-8-23. Works great so far. Super value for the money.

    Very powerful but if you want to slow cook, it doesn't have that option. At 500, it's dead, not even a simmer, and immediately after at 800, it boils strongly. The most powerful is 2000, which doesn't have much of a difference from 1000.
    It's a shame because I wanted to leave it on for a long time without the house smelling

    Just got it and my first impression is very satisfied!!! I highly recommend it!!! For its price, I believe it blows, heats up instantly, makes cooking fast which means time and money saving!!! I had a similar one from Lidl, the silver crest, but for some reason it stopped working and it was almost double the price when I bought it! So go ahead and make the purchase, it's worth it... as for durability and such, I can't have an opinion because I've only had it for two days! But let me tell you something?! No matter how long it lasts, it will have paid for itself, after all, all these small appliances are consumables... So, happy cooking!!
