Well, since I see a plethora of comments about this product and similar ones, I feel that I should take a position in order to clarify some shady aspects.
First and foremost, the measurements were taken with room temperatures of 5-8 degrees Celsius, with only the mattress pad as heating, without central heating or any other heating device for assistance.
Let's begin:
Purchase date 20/1/2021.
The first lie that the product promises is the straps that secure it to the mattress, so it doesn't move.
Reality: If you place one, the other three do not stay in place unless you tear them apart.
Secondly, everyone says that the bed becomes an oven.
This is clearly not true, not even on the third setting, which cannot possibly reach the 55 degrees Celsius mentioned on the packaging and instructions. Therefore, the 55 degrees on the third setting is fictional and false. It is possible that "the oven" comes from supplementary heating, heavy blankets, velvet pajamas, etc.
Thirdly, the nominal size of the product is 140x160 centimeters.
The actual size is much smaller, as the heating elements do not cover the entire length of the mattress pad, and there is some bulging due to the plastic connections of the wires.
Fourthly, most people mention that it heats uniformly. But how is that possible when the heating elements do not cover the entire length of the mattress pad?
Reality:
The parts of the body that touch the heating elements get warm. For example, the leg or the back gets warm in some areas but not in others. Additionally, if you lie on your back, your back gets warm, and if you lie on your chest, your chest gets warm.
I come from ignorance regarding mattress pads, so I cannot have a point of comparison. I am simply sharing my experience after one week of using the mattress pad.
Now, onto the positives:
The difference is truly enormous compared to not having a mattress pad.
It does indeed heat up, albeit unevenly. In the cold, your back will get warm without having to use additional blankets.
Furthermore, it is a value for money purchase, as it consumes 120 watts when turned on. It should be noted that if you have another heating device in operation, you will consume ten times more.
Finally, the sensation is comfortable and not suffocating or uncomfortable in the atmosphere.
Final conclusion:
Make the purchase, as you have nothing to lose at this price, and in the end, you gain an additional experience. I want to buy another brand in order to compare in the future.
Update 2 years later...
Another mattress was purchased as a means of comparison, which has two straps that run along the entire length of the mattress.
Once again, it moves and the straps are at risk of tearing due to tension, but they definitely stretch and lose their elasticity.
Both mattress pads were purchased for about 17.5 euros. I do not know if the more expensive ones have higher quality materials, and I do not need to buy another one to test it.
In the other mattress pad as well, the heating elements do not cover the entire length.
Therefore, the previous evaluation remains as it is.
If you purchase it, you will be pleasantly warm economically with the current kilowatt-hour prices. I hope I helped.

Three years later, I owe a big thank you to this mattress pad and its sibling, as the house in Anthoupoli was without central heating, with the hygrometer recording 4.6 degrees Celsius during the day with 93% humidity in the bedroom and living room, where we spent most of our time. The night is another matter...
Please all those who disliked to accept my sincere apology, as I judged this substrate very harshly without prior knowledge. If we didn't have this, we wouldn't have survived the winters of 2020-2022.
Therefore, I promote its rating to the maximum as it stood by us day and night.
