I was taking 1 pill a day to heal my muscle injury and suddenly my concentration while studying started to increase!!! From being able to study for 8 hours as a student 20 years ago, I had dropped to only being able to concentrate for half an hour, with these vitamins my concentration while studying increased to 7-8 hours, when I have the time. The only downside is the change in the color of urine, which they say is due to excessive dosage of B2. I also tried B complex vitamins from another brand, so that my urine wouldn't change color, but they don't have the same effect.
Very good vitamin, the ingredients listed per tablet in the Skroutz description are per daily dose (2 tablets). I take 1 per day, and it still covers 100% of the RDA

As a capsule, it is mediocre, the taste is awful, you want to swallow it quickly but its shape is a bit long which makes it difficult to swallow. As a vitamin, I cannot judge, but it contains more B vitamins than others at a good price for 60 capsules.
About 3 weeks that I consume it.. one in the morning and one at noon... I still don't have an opinion about the general benefit of the supplement.. I give it 4 stars because I consider the texture and shape of the pill not appropriate.. you can't easily swallow it.. it's not too big and I would describe the shape as rectangular, it sticks to the throat or tongue.. it's not easy for me to swallow it with water.. only with food.. anyway, I haven't seen any contraindication and I feel fine. I will come back with more conclusions when I finish it.
Very good doses of all B vitamins. The exception is B7, also known as choline, which is not included in the formula.
I wonder why they didn't make it square to finish with, with the texture and this shape it sticks to the neck every time.. Now, as for the value, I believe I have tried much better ones.
Every time it sticks to my neck, I will enter and lower the rating.. Who on earth thought of this texture, this shape is questionable.
