Description

In this book, there is a personal story of seventy years, but also a glimpse into our own, the history of Greece. Undoubtedly personal as well, it includes what I experienced, felt, lacked, but mainly, blessed to know. It is the perspective of a "lucky" person who lived as a "local" in the other country where he grew up and, perhaps, as a "foreigner" in his own country. Throughout my life, the phrase "Wherever I go, Greece hurts me" was in my mind.

My love and longing for "creation", despite my involvement, did not fit with the historical events and reality of these seventy years. As the "oil" runs out, the need to "confess" was intense. Both on a deeply personal level and as a commentary on the life I lived.
