I had bought a "similar" one in the past from another company and it was very good, so I thought of getting another one to have. Unfortunately, this particular one is of very poor quality, it creaks, one head is unbalanced, it has no power at all, it makes noise, and overall you feel like it's going to fall apart. If you press it a little, it stops. The infrared it has is just a yellow light, no relation to infrared. The fabric on top of the 2 heads is of very poor quality plastic. Do not buy it.

  I come back with a clarifying review. I think I am entitled to it after 2.5 years of use. The product is very good, but let's not forget that it is Chinese and costs only around 15 euros. I want to explain some things that I see from other reviews with very low ratings.

  First of all, you don't need to use it with force in your hands. Sit on a armchair or sofa, put a pillow behind you, and let the whole massage be done on your back or neck by the pillow. You just need to apply a little pressure backwards with your whole body. Use your hands only to guide the machine where you want it.

  Secondly, and most importantly, many people say that it broke on the first or second day, or that it stopped working. The truth is that this is true, but it is because it has a short cable both externally and internally. The solution is simple: as soon as you receive it, open the zipper on the product and tie a knot from the inside of the cable so that it cannot be cut or detached by pulling it. Just like I have it in the pictures. Also, for those who have it and say that it broke, if they pull the zipper and look inside, they will definitely find a cut cable. A little insulation tape and it's good as new.

  Do what I tell you and you won't regret it.

  Just to inform you, it does NOT provide circular massage (if you had that impression).
