Guys, I bought an awesome cable for my village next to the sea with a lot of humidity. I have transferred internet from the neighboring house and I have used a total of about fifty (50) meters, with 13 meters being outdoors as you can see in the photo.
Now let's talk about the losses. From the provider's router, I get internet speed of 8 Mbps, and in the neighboring house where I connected it to a WiFi router, I have a speed of 7.5 ~ 7.8 Mbps.
By far the worst purchase I have made. I bought 100 meters for the networking of 2 houses, approximately 40 meters apart. After running the cable and leaving enough extra at the ends (about 70 meters in total from switch to switch), I grounded it on one side and it didn't give me any network connection, even though a simple continuity tester showed normal continuity in all pairs. When I cut off as much as I could from both sides, leaving about 50 meters in total, it started working at 100mbit. No way it's gigabit. It definitely isn't cat 6. A 25-meter piece that I tried did work at gigabit, but I wouldn't recommend it. It's definitely not what it claims to be.
Hello.. Every 5 years I used to buy a good cable because the regular one would go crazy from the sun and humidity...exposed to the air. With this one, I literally relaxed... Besides, I nailed it on the box of the neighboring house, and I brought the router to mine as a base and switched back to a landline connection... It does have thin wires, but I don't think it plays such a big role, because it increased my speed by 3+ units... I passed the rest of it through a 20-meter apartment building... Due to the interference from their boxes, along with the power... Electrical cows... Good insulation everywhere on all the cables... Exterior vinyl, anyway... Swallows prefer it over the TV antenna... Hello to everyone.
Mapa cable. The shielding gets psoriasis so easily, except for that it's not even cat 5. Very thin conductors
I bought it and it arrived relatively quickly... in an apartment building and with the cable passing through 35-40 meters of cable length, I lost 17 mbps from the 100 that I locked in the box. Now I lock at 83... I don't know if this is good or bad... for me, I believe it's not something super but something average... for me, 7/10
I got it... 100 meters of cable at a very good price. The cable is top-notch, with double shielding. I ran it all... outside a section of the basement and the rest I ran it through a channel in the wall and plugged it into the router... Any losses? None. Five stars all around without a second thought.
I have placed it outside for the connection with the provider's router. I get 23 mbps in the box, I consistently get 23 mbps inside the house! Perfect, simply.
Update:
I no longer use it due to fiber optics, but until the last day, it was per-fect. Any issues with the line were due to OTE and not this. I would buy it again with my eyes closed.
