  In my Maltese puppy, 4.5 months old, it did not suit at all. While he ate it happily, he constantly vomited, his stools had mucus, and overall he was excessively distressed. I stopped it after 1 week. The transition from the previous food was gradual. My vet told me that it doesn't suit all Maltese dogs though.

  I switched from Royal Puppy to Acana and I really saw many improvements in my 2.5-month-old Maltese. Firstly, the redness in his fur almost stopped around his eyes. His energy levels increased and he is satisfied with the basic food, whereas before he would get hungry every 2 hours. The best food is homemade, so once he grows up, I will only give him cooked food made by me with some days of Acana for adults. Always with vegetables or dry mix, for protection against future cancer that may arise due to dry food.

  Update:
  In the end, I stopped giving it to him as I received it. I cook chicken and vegetables for my Maltese. I don't give any dry food. They are all rubbish, not real food

  Πραγματικά έψαξα-ρωτησα-διαβασα και κατέληξα να ξεκινήσω με αυτή την τροφή για το Yorkie μου από 2 μηνών κουτάβι που το πήρα. Ως στιγμής είναι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος και την τρωει με πολύ όρεξη.
  Λόγω το ότι ο σκύλος μου τρέφεται μόνο με 40γρ/ημέρα δεν μου φαίνεται το κόστος απόκτησης της αυξημένο αλλά σίγουρα ειναι αιστήτο για σκύλους με μεγαλύτερες διατροφικές απαιτήσεις. Θα προτιμούσα να ήταν καλύτερη η συσκευασία της τροφής όπως και να κλείνει τύπου zip μετά το πρώτο άνοιγμα.
