I use it during periods when I am quite tired to have a quality sleep. With 2 pills, you wake up in the morning feeling like you had a perfect sleep, while in other cases I wake up feeling tired. You don't wake up drowsy in any case, it just helps you have a quality and restful sleep. I haven't tried taking it on a daily basis, but every now and then and I definitely notice a difference. I recommend it, but with 1 pill you might not have the same result, the only negative thing I can find is that it requires 2 for me

Honestly, in my case, the only thing it has managed to do is to create a tremendous overload for me during the night. Logically, it may have much better results in other organisms.

It may work for others or they may want to take the whole box, but if you want to relax, I would suggest looking for other options and taking melatonin for sleep. Because every person is different, they need to find what works for them.

In my case, I can't say that it helped much..(for now).. For the past 3 weeks, I have no trouble falling asleep, but after 3-4 (in a good mood) hours of sleep, I wake up and can't fall back asleep.. I keep waking up.. only one night, I did wake up, but I was able to fall back asleep relatively quickly.. Something that I could consider as positive is that during these 3-4 hours of sleep, I feel like I have slept for 6 hours and more.. I don't feel sleep deprived at least..

Very easy to use and probably not very suitable for my body shaping. It may be able to do a good job up to 60-65 kilograms. Because melatonin alone in the past had not helped me but instead caused me complete insomnia (at 3 mg), they recommended the combination with valerian to me. It does what it promises, personally I saw an increase in deep sleep percentage and a decrease in REM sleep percentage, measured with a sleep tracker.
Its disadvantage is that it does not act immediately compared to other similar products that release active substances immediately.
