Instructions for use
Wash your hands.
Fill the clean bottle with the designated volume of distilled, micro-filtered (through a 0.2 micron filter), commercially bottled, or previously boiled lukewarm water.
Always use the bottle with NeiLMed Sinus Rinse packets.
Rinsing your nasal passages with plain water without the mixture will result in a severe burning sensation, as plain water is not suitable for nasal cleansing, even if it is suitable for drinking.
Additionally, for your safety, do not use tap water to dissolve the mixture unless it has been previously boiled for five minutes or more as boiling sterilizes the water.
Other options are distilled, micro-filtered (up to 0.2 micron), commercially bottled, or, as mentioned previously, boiled water at lukewarm or body temperature.
Cut the Sinus Rinse mixture packet at the corner and pour its contents into the bottle.
Tighten the cap and tube onto the bottle securely.
Place a finger over the tip of the cap and gently shake the bottle to dissolve the mixture.
Over the sink, bend forward to your comfort level and tilt your head downward.
Keeping your mouth open, without holding your breath, place the cap snugly against your nasal passage.
Gently squeeze the bottle until the solution starts draining from the opposite nostril. Some may drain from your mouth.
For a proper rinse, continue to gently squeeze the bottle until at least 60 mL to 120 mL of the bottle is used.

I have made my positive comments about the 120 sachets. The quality and effectiveness apply here as well, but with the observation that the plastic bottle is charged excessively expensive, especially if we consider that it is recommended to change it every 3 months.

The design of the bottle is fantastic. The only thing I would change is the size of the straw, which is slightly smaller than it should be to extract the entire quantity. The nasal sprays themselves, if used for a prolonged period of time, cause discomfort which then "calms down" for a while. They don't actually help. I never breathed well as long as I used it. It was also always on the nightstand, in the living room, in my bag, and if it was missing from somewhere, I couldn't function.
For the discontinuation, I used the washes in combination with the use of the children's nasal decongestant with a dropper, so that I could determine the amount of the medication. I would put less than a drop when I was congested, almost just inhaling it, and then I would do my wash. I could repeat 1 or 2 more drops during the rest of the day if I felt discomfort. Within 3-4 days, I had gradually stopped needing the medication completely and within 2 weeks, I was sure I wouldn't use it again.

Our pediatrician recommended it to us to help clean our child faster from the cold that was bothering her, even though she was at the end of it. It is really awesome! Every time I use it, I feel like a different person. In the winter, I have an issue with sinusitis which troubles me a lot, and this product saved me! I had tried another brand, French one, but I didn't like it at all!
The only negative thing about this one is the pre-process. It requires boiling water for sterilization and then rinsing with lukewarm water for better cleaning. If you don't have a kettle, it is a time-consuming process, but believe me, the result is worth it! I highly recommend it
