After a lot of searching for which fryer to choose... I bought this specific fryer for the reason that it takes a large quantity of food (1.5 kg of fresh potatoes) and cooks them quickly in 11-15 minutes depending on the potato cut... another positive is that you don't need to be on top of it, it doesn't make a mess compared to a pan, cleaning is very easy, it also has a spout in the front for draining the used oil, very good build quality... I highly recommend it for anyone who can afford it, it's worth it with 10000... P.S. even though the oil is 5 liters, it heats up in 5-6 minutes at 170 degrees..!!!!! I can't find any negatives as long as I have it..

Excellent fryer, it cooks the food very well, high-quality construction, and with a tap to drain the oil. You get what you pay for.
