    I have had it for over 3 years and it hasn't had any issues. It hurts a little bit, but that's how it goes with hair removal. It doesn't cut the hair, it pulls it. Personally, I won't go back to the aesthetician for my mustache.

    Waxing with thread always hurts, it's not a matter of the machine. In terms of construction quality, it's exactly what we call "you get what you pay for." It tangles the thread and gets stuck, but you put a new thread and continue. In the first application, a small part broke, but I spoke to the store and they replaced it immediately. I would recommend it to someone who uses this method for hair removal, in an aesthetician and pays the same price as the machine each time, so even if it doesn't last long, you won't regret your money. It requires great attention to the eyebrows if you do it for the first time, if you place it too close, it may pull unwanted hairs. The reason I insist on this is because if you stretch the skin correctly, it removes even the smallest fuzz and over time, hair growth noticeably decreases
