It is the only fragrance that has received countless positive reviews wherever I look or go. Its longevity on the skin is unbelievable, lasting until the next day, while on clothes it lasts for days on end. It is also the only one that I have never been able to find a copy of in a perfume shop because no copy has ever come close to the original, and it is the only scent that I don't feel guilty spending money on because it truly is amazing. Now, as for the fragrance itself, it is wonderful, perfect for winter (only!), heavy yet sweet at the same time, with lavender and iris giving a masterpiece performance. The downside is that they slightly change the recipe every few years, and there are different versions like 2007, 2011, 2020, etc., and some people complain about it because the change is noticeable. Some say that the original recipe was the best and any other version that came as an evolution ruined the scent, something that I can't confirm since I have been wearing it since 2010-11 and it still seems almost the same over time.

UPDATE: I read that dissatisfied men give this fragrance to their women/girlfriends. Personally, I don't even consider it unisex (like, for example, Tom Ford fragrances) and I have never smelled it on a woman. It is clearly masculine, just with sweeter tones. Not all men's fragrances are the same, sorry!

Nice fragrance purely masculine at least before. I have been wearing it for ten years and I can say that in previous years it was more intense and lasted much longer. Maybe by adding more fragrance ratio when they made it. Now with the latest data and wanting to equalize everything so that there is no distinct difference between genders, they create unisex fragrances and quietly pass them off as different recipes from the original. I'm sorry but I won't buy it. Because the one who spends his money on this fragrance wants the original one. Those who want frills can buy the women's version.

Update: it continues to be indifferent, minimal duration, no relation to the old recipe

  I had heard a lot about this fragrance and decided to try it before buying it. I tried it many times in stores and sprayed it several times to see if I would get any comments. Not even one. I also felt that it didn't last at all on me. In fact, I asked my wife if she liked it and she didn't even realize I was wearing a fragrance. She touched her nose to my neck and barely noticed it.
  However, I have to admit that it lasted on my clothes. I could smell it for a few days.
  I don't know. Maybe it just doesn't suit me personally.
  With this price and this lasting power on me, I won't buy it.

  Without much ado, the fragrance is very high-quality and the scent is impeccable. I haven't tried its previous version from '11, but I can imagine... just one spray on the wrist lasted 4 hours, guys. Let's not forget that all fragrances differ from skin to skin, depending on the type. For me, it's quite good value for money!

  The latest bottle of 2023 definitely has changes, short duration, and little projection.
  The fragrance profile is sweet and powdery with a lipstick-like sensation so intense that if someone doesn't know it's the well-known Dior, they would mistake it for a women's fragrance.
  It used to be different, more substantial and intense.
  It's supposed to be masculine, serious, not something you would call with bullets... if this is a masculine fragrance, then what are Eu Sauvage, Egoiste Platinum, Elysium, Beau de Jour, Terre, etc.?
  It's a seductive fragrance for a night and personal moments that women love because the fragrance profile is familiar and attractive to them, but only up to a certain point.
  They have also discontinued the pure perfume and there is no alternative, what a shame.

  In simple words, a wonderful fragrance that has been ruined, as everyone says it is now weak (and I don't have a problem with certain fragrances being weak), it's just that in this particular case, if you have been accustomed to a specific duration and projection for so many years, it bothers you that they changed it.
  They could have increased the price or released an EDT version that has these characteristics.
  And the bad thing is that I noticed them lowering the quality in other fragrances as well.

  Quite unique. I fell in love with it when I tried it and bought it even though I initially went for a different scent. Woody, heavy, wintery, evening scent with a few notes of flowers and leather. It has moderate/low projection, meaning that even though it is heavy, the other person has to come quite close to you to smell it (like, I tell them the perfume I'm wearing and they ask me "are you sure it's 'intense'?"). Finally, it has moderate to good longevity.

  I love the Home Intense perfume .... it's been a reliable choice for so many years!

  Ps. I bought the new 2023 version and it has nothing to do with the old one, both in terms of longevity and intensity... Such a shame! From what I understand, DIOR did this with most of their fragrances, significantly reducing the quality and focusing more on their PRIVE collection.

  Amazing fragrance!!! It emits a sophisticated aura and at the same time a sexy cleanliness. Anyone who smells it can distinguish how wonderfully it smells, regardless of whether they are knowledgeable or not. I do not agree with terms like refined nose, those are pretentious. Yes, some of us have been more involved with perfumes and it is something like a hobby or collection for them... but such terms are simply ridiculous. A professional perfumer, whose job it is, can say that they have a "refined nose". The rest of us simply judge the foreign based on our own tastes. To like a fragrance and say that you like it because you have a refined nose and know about perfumes, while considering those who don't like it as ignorant, I think is wrong. I say this generally, not specifically. Now back to the fragrance... I have to say that it is not a heavy fragrance, but it is clearly masculine. I would say it is a modern masculine fragrance. Its longevity is relatively moderate considering it is an eau de parfum. But guys, it is worth it, its scent is so unique and the comments from women around you will confirm that. Guaranteed compliments. Five stars absolutely deserved!!!

  (and I don't mean age-wise)
  Intense, but not overpowering scent, but mainly with the longest duration, by far from the second!!
  My 3 stars are, on the one hand, for its still high price that you will never find in any offer and also because I learned that its duration and intensity have decreased!!
  I read it in the comments, so it must be true...
  You never ruin something so perfect... Law!!

  One of the nicest and strongest men's fragrances. Perfect for winter. I would recommend it mainly for evening wear. It is too heavy for everyday use. Compared to the classic Homme, I would say that the reactions of the opposite sex are either very good or negative in the intense version. While in the classic Homme, they are mainly positive.
