In the book "Memories and confessions of a judge," Vasilios E. Lampridis presents his personal experiences from his service in crucial positions of Justice, as well as his involvement in two significant trials of recent History, the one for the murder of Lamprakis in 1966 and the one in the Special Court in 1991-1992. He himself states, among other things, in the preface of the book: "In this notebook of mine, I record the unforgettable events that I remember from my long-term service in almost all levels of Justice, as well as in other areas of public life. [...] My aim is to avoid stigmatizing individuals who may have died without previously having their different opinion heard, but also to prevent any innocent descendants from being affected. [...] I did not adhere to this principle regarding individuals and events for which there was argument and counter-argument, because they became widely known either after trials and judicial decisions, or through other public documents, or through press publications or book editions, or through broadcasts of the mass media."
