  One of the best proteins on the market, if not the best, and the only certified organic one without any additives or sweeteners! Its amino acid profile is almost as good as a milk protein. I compared it to the animal-based "Dymatize ISO 100 Hydrolyzed," which is also very good in its category, and the differences in amino acids are minimal! For those who say it tastes like grass and can't drink it, what did they expect from such a pure protein??? Learn to use a product correctly before criticizing it. This particular one, which has no taste and is completely unsweetened, is not meant to be consumed with plain water or milk, but to be added to fruit smoothies or cereal bowls, or any meal where you want to increase the protein content without having to drink a beverage of questionable quality and origin, full of flavor enhancers. Personally, I mix it in a bowl with organic oats that I've soaked in a little hot water to make it creamy, and I add apple/orange and cinnamon! It also sits very light in my stomach and doesn't bother me at all!

  I mix half a scoop with warm milk before bedtime, as it has slow absorption, so theoretically it covers me during the night when I stay hungry for 8 hours. It dissolves quite easily in warm milk and the taste is neutral, I would say. I add cocoa and sometimes honey. For those who are on a diet, I don't know if it's a good idea to have honey before bedtime. I haven't noticed any discomfort in my stomach, although I have a general sensitivity.

  First of all, I bought it purely for testing purposes, I don't know about the results because I have no intention of using it again beyond the second time. It doesn't dissolve at all, even when I put it in a nutriblend. The taste is awful and it causes bloating.
  For me, it's not worth even one star, but due to it being organic and plant-based, maybe it's worth it for some people.

  Good protein without sweeteners and additives.
  The taste is indeed unpleasant. Like dirt with a hint of green. I add a little honey and it becomes drinkable. The powder is almost...hydrophobic. I dissolve it in an electric shaker and drink it immediately. The first time I left the glass on the side for 5 minutes to talk on the phone, sediment had formed and I had to mix it again.

  3 teaspoons of sugar in 2 days and it destroyed my stomach. As the package went to the trash. I'm not saying it's the manufacturer's fault, but definitely the lentil protein is to blame. Now I have ordered rice... let's see.

  With 300 ml of milk, half a banana, and half a teaspoon of cocoa in the blender, the taste is elevated. It doesn't make my stomach bloated at all.
  After a month, the impressions are positive. Compared to whey protein, it stands proudly next to them.
