Extremely easy to install/recognize on a VAIO VPCSE laptop with Windows 10. Sturdy construction. The cable is small as other users have commented, but this is relatively logical since the peripheral is intended more for laptops (it is small and convenient to take with you on the go). I place particular importance on sturdiness because many similar products have loose ports and the USB connections become loose. It also has 4 rubber bases that allow it to sit softly but firmly on any surface. With a USB cable extender, you are fully covered if you want to take it on longer trips than the 20cm that the existing cable allows. For devices that require power, there is the option to connect with a 5V power supply (which is not included in the package). I did my job with a charger from an old mobile phone that I had.

Aluminum, short cable, can support 4 hard drives (USB 3.0) without any issues, I had an old power supply and it fits in the slot. I have had it for a year without any problems. The only "negative" is the short cable.

I connected the mouse and keyboard and the mouse sometimes gets stuck. I will come back with a new review after more use. (25/06/19). It is better to purchase an extra power supply. (01/04/21).
