In this collection, V.P.K returns with 15 narratives and a poetic elegy that bear the distinctive style of his writing. Stories of men and women, distorted through various narrative perspectives and often charged with local color, landscape, and intensely autobiographical elements, unfold in cities and provinces, mainly in the latter. They interweave and converse with fictional texts, ecclesiastical discourse, poetic fragments, political events, cultural and supernatural occurrences, as well as with their local history.
