I was quite satisfied with the product! I work during the summer (alongside my regular job) at a restaurant on the beach with temperatures reaching 40 degrees, and everything was unbearable! I would put it in 2 large bottles of water and slowly drink it, but I wouldn't put too much because after the many times it sends you to the bathroom, I felt a slight pinch in my kidneys and I would stop drinking it.
