Effective for canker sores and wounds without causing pain; however, its application is somewhat difficult because it doesn't stay in the spot where you put it, and you have to remain still for it to work.
I use unisept with a slight variation from the instructions. I used the tube directly on the ulcer, resulting in me sitting with a strange facial expression to prevent the gel from slipping off. It relieved the wound, but since July 23, in combination with stress, the ulcers started to party, with one welcoming the other, and I gave up. I use an electric toothbrush and I believe (without being a doctor) that bacteria remain on it, etc., which are recycled with each brushing. So, I applied a small amount of unisept on the head of the electric toothbrush and now I use it every night, leaving it on for a minute, applying toothpaste on top, and I have seen very good results. It spreads throughout the mouth and cavities, the electric toothbrush works for two minutes, so the product works for a satisfactory amount of time. The reappearance has decreased by 80% and they are not the same size as before, as if the volcano of Santorini had erupted. Ultimately, I don't know if I'm doing it right or not by not following the instructions exactly, but with daily use every night before sleep, I have seen results. Maybe it can help someone else this way
Having a chronic problem with canker sores, I have come to only one conclusion! No matter what you put, you might feel temporary relief... but the canker sores will run their course and go away. I saw a slight improvement by using Unisept Oral Gel after dental surgery, but they still took almost a week to go away.
I used it for mouth ulcers according to the instructions on the packaging. The ulcers healed within two days and already from the second day they did not bother me at all. I will buy it again.
For canker sores, the best! Before, I used propolis ointment. Compared to that, I saw faster healing of the canker sore. The instructions state that it works on any dental work as an antiseptic. I will buy it again when needed.
After deep cleansing, it did not reduce irritation and pain at all. Products with chlorhexidine are much better.
The use of it after a recommendation from the dentist as I had many canker sores due to brushing. The use of it together with the toothpaste (a pea-sized amount) dramatically improved the condition.
