Specifically

The Sensodyne Prosmalto toothpaste has a special formulation that helps strengthen enamel, protecting it from future acid attacks. Thus, it helps protect teeth from erosion. 

It provides all the benefits of a daily toothpaste, including fresh breath, while also protecting against cavities. With a low abrasion index and neutral pH.

Active Ingredients

Contains Sodium Fluoride 1450ppm‾F (0.315% w/w) and Potassium Nitrate 5% w/w.

Instructions for Use

Adults and children 12 years and older:

  • Apply a pea-sized amount of cream to a soft-bristled toothbrush.
  • Brush daily, twice a day and no more than three times, for at least 1 minute each time, minimizing swallowing and rinse. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth.

Children under 12 years:

  • Not to be used by children under 12 years of age unless recommended by a dentist or doctor.

    I bought it for the first time this year, I don't have any other toothpaste in mind that targets enamel protection, which I consider important. I use it in my daily life and mainly when I'm about to eat/drink shortly after brushing my teeth. (I don't know if it's related, but last year I had tartar while this year I didn't, so I plan to continue using it)
