Very good and effective for the first three days as a decongestant ONLY. Afterwards, its effect decreases in duration and I also can't understand why everyone says it doesn't cause addiction. After a few hours from the first application, I thought I would die if I didn't use it again, even though I bought it for cleaning and moisturizing my nose as my pharmacist recommended. It caused unbelievable congestion and dryness with the first use, and I ended up starting dexa-rhinaspray after three years of abstinence. If you have addiction problems with decongestants, don't start it.

  It is a herbal spray that unclogs the nose because it has vasoconstrictive properties, just like Otrivin, Rhinall, etc. Its vasoconstrictive properties are natural, but obviously they can cause dependence if used for more than 5 days. However, it does not contain chemicals that harm the nasal mucosa, so it is a better choice than simple decongestants. It unclogs the nose in 5 minutes and the effect lasts for 4-6 hours. If someone wants to break free from simple decongestants, I do not recommend it because they will simply develop dependence on this product, while the goal is complete independence from sprays. It does the job, but only for cold cases and for a few days. It is not for dependence or allergies.

  Let me also give my personal opinion. I bought it because I had a blocked nose. After each application, everything was fine, my nose cleared up and breathing was comfortable and easy, for hours. I thought, here we are, a natural product that does a good job. The issue is that it causes ADDICTION. I used it three times a day. If I didn't use it once, my nose would close to the point where you urgently wanted to use it, otherwise you had a PROBLEM. The problem is that I didn't pay attention and used it for two weeks (one bottle). I went to the ENT because it caused a serious issue for me, and the doctor gave me treatment and told me not to use it again. The label doesn't mention that it causes addiction and that it should be used for a few days only. If you want natural cleansing, my opinion is either isotonic serum solutions or hypertonic saline water, everything else causes addiction, small or big. I hope I helped, so that no one else experiences what I went through.
