I'm using it for the first time today, so I reserve the right to come back if anything changes, especially regarding durability:

    * I'm using it on a terrace that has an apartment below, meaning it's not a balcony (veranda).

    * The recommendation from the strictest of the engineers I asked, taking into account the year of construction of the building, the floor, etc., was not to exceed 250 kilograms per square meter, which for the water means not to fill it more than 25 centimeters in height. The 25 centimeters in this pool is the same as the height of its inflatable seat.

    * The more relaxed engineers said that up to 500 kilograms per square meter is okay, but personally, on one hand, I prefer not to take the risk, and on the other hand, I believe that filling this pool more than 20 centimeters is excessive, but these are just preferences.

    * If you are using it in a garden or generally on the ground and not on a building floor, obviously you don't have such restrictions on how much to fill it.

    * If you have a very large balcony, meaning a veranda and not a roof terrace, that can accommodate it (which is difficult for most houses), then ask an engineer just to be safe so you don't find yourself on the street with the pool. Balconies do not have the same load-bearing capacity as terraces or other parts of a building, especially if we are talking about older constructions with seismic regulations before the 1990s.

    * The usable volume of water is approximately 500 liters, or half a cubic meter, which will obviously be smaller if you don't fill it to the top. For comparison, keep in mind that a household consumes 10-15 cubic meters of water per *month*, so half a cubic meter of water just for the pool is not an insignificant amount.

    * The pool is quite spacious for children up to 10 years old to comfortably play 2-4 at the same time inside. I wouldn't recommend it for more people. Obviously, it is also okay for adults of typical sizes and weights.

    * The downside of its large size is that because it doesn't have water cleaning filters, etc., when the water gets dirty or smells, you have to drain it and refill it. If you take into account the previous capacity calculations (about half a cubic meter), then you might end up paying the water bill more expensively than the electricity bill.

    * Just for cleanliness reasons, I would suggest getting a 3m x 3m tarp to cover it, on one hand for the debris and on the other for the African dust that, as it seems, we will now have regularly with us in the summer.

    * In any case, be mindful not to inadvertently create any mosquito breeding ground with stagnant water because you will find yourself in trouble along with your neighbors.

    * The kids slip into the pool and the bottom of the pool is not inflatable. Since kids will definitely go wild, it would be good to place it on a soft surface to avoid fractures. I placed it on puzzle foam mats that are soft and allow me to move it by dragging (as long as it doesn't have water) without worrying about it tearing.

    * For inflation, you will obviously need an electric pump and about ten minutes to inflate it sufficiently. As others have mentioned, it may be a bit difficult to inflate if your pump doesn't have enough length to fit entirely through the valve protection. If your pump heats up easily, just in case, inflate it with breaks so you don't damage the pool or the pump.

    * As with most inflatables, over the days, especially if exposed to the sun, the pool will lose air, so from time to time you will need to top it up a bit with the pump. Personally, I don't take seriously anyone who negatively reviews an inflatable because it loses a little air every now and then (obviously we are not talking about tears or other defects).

    * NEVER leave children under 6 years old in the pool without supervision. Aside from the drowning risk (for younger children up to 3 years old), it is very easy for them to slip either into the pool or while getting in/out of it, and where you started with splashing, you might end up in an orthopedic clinic

  • As soon as we took it out of the box, we inflated it in the yard immediately and it had a hole, so we put the sticker that came with it. We called to exchange it, but they told us that a cat must have gone somewhere. How is it possible that inside the box, as soon as you open it, there is a hole and it says a cat went through.

    First impression: perfect!
On a daily basis, when exposed to the sun, it deflates a bit and requires inflation.
