Dosage

  • Adult men: Take 2 capsules daily, 30 minutes before bedtime.
  • Women and male teenagers: take 1 capsule. 

Always take on an empty stomach and avoid taking ZMA with foods high in calcium.

  • This product is recommended for consumption only by healthy athletes or exercisers, aged over 18 years.
