The best there is!! Don't bother buying expensive creatine compounds. Good old school creatine monohydrate does the job just fine.
The best creatine hands down. Better solubility and (used to be) very cheap. Worth the extra money now though!
Some people make negative reviews for wrong reasons, because they didn't see that it has a scoop inside, because they don't like the price, because it dissolves easily (that's exactly what micronized is supposed to do).
It has a scoop inside, but I don't use it because I simply take a teaspoon of it after my workout in tap water (not cold because it irritates the stomach), that's all I need.
It is the only supplement that actually helps with muscle development, but the bigger your muscles are, the more quantity will be utilized.
It looks good, I didn't have any problems with bloating or anything else with the Loading Face. The solubility varies depending on whether you take it with hot or cold drinks. I didn't have a problem. For God's sake, IT HAS A SCOOP!! Now, as for the results, it depends on how each individual's body reacts. It does what it says though. The price obviously should be lower!
After market research, I ended up with this specific creatine.
1st) The Optimum brand is very good in both proteins and other supplements with many references in articles and awards for good manufacture and testing by 3rd party laboratories for their quality.
2nd) Micronized Creatine is easier for the body to absorb and utilize. Additionally, it does not cause bloating and water retention that monohydrate creatine can cause, which many people who use monohydrate creatine have told me.
3rd) The price at which it was purchased, 22 euros, is very good value for money.
P.S. In general, after using it for 2 weeks, I have noticed improvements in fatigue and strength at the gym, nothing significant but it helped. Let's not forget that it is a simple dietary supplement (amino acids).

It does what it promises and more. In combination with Scitec Nutrition's whey and a marginally sufficient diet, along with daily exercise, I have gained almost 7kg in a month. There is a noticeable difference during exercise and in recovery.
On the negative side, the solubility is not perfect, as sometimes there are some residue particles left in the shaker, although to a negligible extent. Additionally, the huge increase in price to €32 at the moment could also be considered a negative. Around €25-26, the price is definitely more attractive and closer to products of similar quality from other companies.
I consider the huge price increase to be somewhat tragic. Four months ago, it was on sale for €11.22 for a pack of 300, down from €18. And now it has gone up to €28? Meanwhile, if you look at all the creatines available, they are exactly the same. Obviously, it's not the stores' fault (I hope), but enough is enough. The protein from the same company that I bought for €67 four months ago is now priced at €65. What changed in both products to justify the price increase? Definitely not worth this amount, at least not €20 more than the equivalent from biotech. As for its effectiveness, yes, it works like all the others.
It's worth the money. I highly recommend it.
