In the first month, the UV lamp burned out. Immediately after, two errors (led2 and led3) appeared, which the manual does not mention what they are. I called the service and they told me that the technicians are at the office from 14:00 to 16:00. I have called 4 times and they tell me that they can't come now and that they will call me. They haven't called me for 10 days now... It is not worth the money under any circumstances.

Two malfunctions in less than 3 years. In the second malfunction, not covered by warranty, I paid 80 euros for a capacitor. Shameful. The consumables are extremely expensive compared to the purchase cost.

We smoke 2 packs a day inside the house, in a 40-square meter space. The cleaner is not sufficient for so much smoke, of course, but it does a good job! When it's working at full power, it sounds almost like a heater. Personally, this doesn't bother me. It's quite user-friendly: I have set a specific program and it remembers it, so every time I turn on the machine, it doesn't need to be reconfigured. Quality construction & elegant machine.

I bought it a month ago and it is very good. I am a smoker and when I come home from work, there is no trace of cigarette smell. It is definitely worth its money!

For the money they ask:

A) On the back side of the device above the handle-receptacle there is a screw that holds the plastic parts. Obviously, the plastic is of poor quality or the design of the frame results in cracks appearing in the plastic within 1 year. So, when transporting from room to room, be careful! Do not use the indentation.

B) Weak, it needs to work for hours to clean a closed room from cigarette smoke
