Most products on the market, whether herbal or not, result in loose stools. This is the only one I have tried where the stools are mostly formed, as long as you follow a specific time schedule for taking them each day. It works better when you drink water throughout the day. One pill is enough for a person with a regular diet. However, two pills might be more effective during holiday periods when we tend to eat a little more than usual, especially if you are not used to eating that much during holidays.
