They recommended it to me because it is supposed to have intense hydration due to its acne treatment. (Those who have tried it know the pain on the lips and how dry they can become) and yet it was the worst balm I had tried. In the end, I ended up with a 1€ balm which was amazing.

I have tried several Avene products and I have been satisfied (that's why I bought it), but unfortunately this particular product did not satisfy me at all. The pharmacist recommended it to me as the best moisturizing product for dry lips. I definitely was not satisfied. It has a sticky texture that is quite annoying, my lips stick together and I do not feel any hydration on my lips at all.

Excellent product as a treatment for dry lips. As I have a major issue with lip dehydration, I use it frequently - however, it requires systematic use several times throughout the day to achieve optimal results!

For me, it works wonders. The best for very chapped lips. The secret is to apply a thick layer before bedtime, as a treatment. In the morning, the cracks will have healed. It is creamy, thick, and does not absorb easily, but that's what gets the job done. I don't use it during the day unless my lips are stinging or it's very cold.

I face a serious problem of dryness with my lips. Whatever I have tried, my lips constantly peel. This is the 1st stick that offered me sufficient hydration. It has a very nice texture and a soft scent, it doesn't absorb quickly, but that is also the desired effect, it lasts as long as needed to soften my lips. I highly recommend it.

The pharmacist recommended it to me as a lip cream suitable for acne treatment, as she said it provides very good hydration and is recommended for such treatments. It didn't work at all for me! The white cream stuck to my lips and looked very bad, besides not moisturizing me and having to apply it many times a day to see results, and even then! It was not worth the money (I had paid 5.30) and obviously I would not buy it again!
