MDF: MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) is a wood derivative. Resins (glues) are used in its production to bond the wood fibers, which are compressed with special heated presses. It is denser than chipboard and resistant to wear. Additionally, it does not absorb any moisture.
Metal: It is extremely resistant to wear, ideal for furniture intended for daily use in a demanding environment. Besides the properties mentioned above, metal can also have other characteristics, such as antimicrobial action (copper) or superconductivity (molybdenum).
Maintenance Instructions:
MDF: To clean it, use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stains, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Finally, wipe the surface thoroughly with a dry cloth. MDF is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from moisture. Wipe any liquids immediately. Do not use strong cleaners or chemicals, as they may damage the MDF.
Metal: For any indoor metal, dusting or cleaning with a damp cloth at regular intervals is the recommended choice.
