I have been taking the vitamins since the beginning of February as a 3-month treatment until ovulation. I have no side effects, no issues with the size, I swallow them two by two. The result is expected during ovulation, where we will see if the quality of the eggs has improved, as in the first IVF it was what it should be for my age of 31. I will come back with an additional review.
Update:
Ovulation took place on May 5th and we saw an incredible difference in the quality and quantity of my eggs. I had 25 eggs compared to last year when I had 12. Out of the 25 eggs, 15 progressed to embryos. We will find out in the next few days how many embryos will be in good condition, meaning blastocysts. But the difference from last year is shocking. It helped me a lot in both the number and quality.
Second update:
There are 4 blastocysts, meaning embryos of 5 days, while last year I had 3 embryos of 3 days that would never reach 5. So yes, I believe that these vitamins do what they promise.
My gynecologist recommended them to me for the IVF I have to do... He told me to take them for two to three months, but of course, the two months turned into 6-8... The capsule is a bit larger compared to others... You take 4 every day (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon after a meal is better).. Just so you know, sometimes they make me sleepy because of the melatonin they contain, and when I go to the bathroom, it smells strongly... After such a long period of use, I haven't seen any difference, so I decided to switch to some other ones of the same use (fertility) and not only did I see a difference, but I also had results... I am 40 years old. Maybe it's different for younger ones... For me, it didn't do anything at all..
In the morning, it causes a slight dizziness and drowsiness. I will take it at night in case it has better results.
