Very high-quality construction, with a strong basket. Easy to use, it makes very quick and uniform cooking. Everything we have made so far has turned out delicious, chicken, steaks, fish, potatoes. I was particularly impressed with the meat, which comes out juicy, without "drying out" at all, and the potatoes are as crispy as they should be! We are really thrilled with its performance, I highly recommend it.
