Vitamin reliable ... I take it every day for months, go ahead and buy it without fear, my parents, who are frail, also take it and it helps them a little to take a few extra steps

I have been using it for about 3 months. I have a really intense daily routine with 2 babies and this vitamin has truly saved me. I take it once a day and it gives me a nice energy boost. It's fantastic and I say this as someone who is on their feet all day! It's worth it!!

I started using this specific supplement in the first ten days of December. The week I started using it, I got my second cold of the September-January period (the first one was in mid-October).
