Games like this are few and far between. Many have tried to make a GTA-style game and few have succeeded. Sleeping Dogs is one of them.

The only negative aspect is some quests that require you to put in effort and have a time limit.

It definitely worths around 10-12 euros, but it is a previous generation game and its age is starting to show. The graphics are not anything amazing and the gameplay lacks modern conveniences. The strong aspect is the battles, which are quite good, but that's about it

I expected it to be much better, but in 2019, it is truly an outdated game in all aspects. Very easy, very mediocre in everything. It's only worth it if you want to play a little bit of combat for fun. But even that gets boring after a few hours. Very easy missions, maybe worth it as children's missions 5 years ago, but not anymore.

If this game had come out during the era of the PS2, we would be talking about a very good game, but today it has nothing to say. Imagine a GTA4 but in Hong Kong. Mediocre missions and side missions for fun.

It has the scent of GTA but it's different... the story evolves quite well in some parts... its world is a bit more alive than GTA... I really liked its shooting... it has nice missions although few... its city planning is not so interesting... for what it is, it's quite good

If you like the GTA style of gameplay and the Asian culture of Bruce Lee, then this is the game for you. At first, it starts with linear gameplay, but quickly changes and becomes an open world with a map and various missions. Lots of fighting on the streets with gangs and chases that could easily be a modern double dragon because it reminds me a lot of that game we used to play at the game cafe. The only thing I didn't like is the difficulty level when fighting, it takes a long time to pass the level, making it frustrating (for some reason, I couldn't find an option in the settings to change it to easy). It's a game that you don't want to give up on. It could have better graphics, but it's understandable since it's a PS3 game, but it's a decent remaster.

It is a mix of GTA V and Chinatown Wars, with several battles involving martial arts, and it could be a Rockstar DLC set in the city of Hong Kong. The plot is quite interesting, involving a secret police officer infiltrating Chinese mafia Triads. Compared to GTA, it is much simpler and has a smaller map, but everything feels familiar to those who are familiar with the games in the Grand Theft Auto series.
I got it almost for free, €5.35 on an online offer, so it is definitely worth the money and more.
