  We have had it for about 2 years. We bought it for around 50€, I don't remember exactly. The spare parts used to cost 26€ until 6 months ago... now that I want to replace it, I see that the price has skyrocketed to 40€!! It really is not worth spending that much money on spare parts. You can find better filters at better prices.

  At first, I had some difficulty installing it. It was leaking water from different places. From tightening it too much to properly install it and prevent water leaks, the teeth got worn out. I bought another spare part and it worked perfectly. It does a good job, we are satisfied... but for the money now, it's not worth it. It's better to look for something else.

  We have had it for quite some time and I'm sorry to say, but we are not satisfied at all. From the first moment, the water was running from all three outlets and even though we took it to the company three times, unfortunately, we were left with the same defect, obviously, the filter, since they did not bother to replace it after three times, which was not cheap at all, just like the spare parts are not cheap either. It doesn't last for 6 months as I read above, but not even 3 months. I went today with a heavy heart to order spare parts and with sadness and annoyance, I realize that the price has doubled. Honestly, I will throw it away and get a jug with a filter. The only good thing I can say is that the water doesn't have any unpleasant taste or smell, as filters usually do. As for whether it does what it claims, I don't know, given that I am neither a chemist nor do I live in a chemistry lab, so I have no reason to doubt it.

  In the last 1-2 months, the switch does not work properly.
  No matter which position I put it in, water runs from all 3 outlets.
  That is, from where the filter outlet is, from where the pressurized water outlet is, and from where the unfiltered water outlet is.
  Also, the indicator light sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.
  The water outlet holes from the filter are only 5, and it is difficult to hold a 300ml glass or a 500ml container until it fills up.
  I wait about 2-3 minutes for the glass to fill up and about 4-5 minutes for a 0.5-liter container to fill up.
  I am looking to find a better water filter to buy.
