Power Supply and Engine

Self-propelled Lawn Mower by Visco Parts. With self-propulsion, all you need to do, by pressing a lever located on the steering wheel, is to transfer the motion produced by the engine to the wheels, resulting in the machine moving by itself. Features an electric motor 1800 Watt, which rotates the cutting blades. It has the advantage of quiet and emission-free operation and low cost of use and maintenance. However, a major disadvantage is that your work depends on the availability of electricity in the area and that you always have to carry the cable that powers the machine. The machine is suitable for small and medium-sized cutting surfaces (< 800 m2).

Power

With a power of 1000W - 1400W the machine is suitable for use from 50 m2 to 300 m2, while with a power of 1600W – 2000W it is suitable for an area from 300 m2 to 500 m2. This machine has a power of 1800 Watt.

Brushless Motor - Less wear, higher performance

The advantage of brushless motors over brushed ones is that they do not have friction since there are no carbon brushes. Without carbon brushes, motors are more efficient and have a longer lifespan as there are no wears (carbon brushes in brushed motors wear out with use). They present less noise, maintain their torque consistently at all speeds, do not overheat, and do not require maintenance.

Cutting Width

The size of the area determines the choice of the machine's cutting width, as the wider the blade, the more grass it cuts with each pass. The maximum cutting surface of the blades amounts to 46cm.

Collection Bucket Capacity

With the collection bucket, you can easily empty and dispose of the cut grass. This specific bucket has a capacity of 50 liters.
For example, for a 50sqm garden, a 30-50 liter bucket would be sufficient, while for a 100sqm - 200sqm garden you would need a 50-70 liter bucket. For larger areas, ideally opt for a 70-120 liter collection bag.
Generally, the capacity of a lawn mower's bucket depends on many factors, such as the frequency of cutting, the type of grass you will be cutting, and the ground conditions. However, if the area you want to cut has many obstacles such as trees, flowers, or other objects, you might need to empty the bucket more frequently. In this case, a larger bucket would be more practical.

Adjustable Cutting System

Thanks to its adjustable cutting system, it can leave uncut grass from 25 to 80mm, so you can cut it at the height you desire.

Lawn Mower Usage Instructions

To safely and effectively use a lawn mower, we advise you to follow the instructions below:
• Carefully read the manufacturer's user manual and follow all the instructions for starting, using, and maintaining the machine.
• Before you start using it, check all the functions and safety systems, such as the brakes and the engine operation or if the battery is fully charged (if it is a battery lawn mower).
• Before use, make sure the lawn is dry.
• Acquire appropriate clothing and protective equipment.
• Before starting the machine, make sure there are no children, pets, or other objects in its path.

General Maintenance Tips and Instructions

• Maintaining a lawn mower is important for preserving its performance and lifespan. The following instructions provide general advice. However, it is important to always follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer in the user manual of the machine you purchased.
• Change the oil according to the manufacturer's instructions. Usually, this should be done every 25 hours of operation.
• Check all connections and screws and make sure everything is properly tightened.
• Check the operation of the engine and the starting system. If there are any problems, contact a specialized technician.
• Clean or replace the air filter according to the manufacturer's instructions. This should be done regularly, as clean air is important for the proper operation of the machine's engine.
• Clean the machine and check for any wear on the blades.
• Make sure the cutting settings are correct and adjust them if required.

Review this product
  • It is relatively lightweight, easy to handle, and the self-propulsion is a great convenience. However... When the brush I am cutting is very thick (not necessarily tall), it stalls in the attempt to cut it. Also, after 6 hours of total use, the self-propulsion stopped working because the component of the mechanism that has the belt for self-propulsion gets filled with grass and eventually comes out of its position (the belt). To put it back in, you have to disassemble the entire bottom with the knife. Finally, the guard that protects the bottom is not painted and has already rusted.
