Good cream but not perfect. Mine arrived like putty.. and in the summer it maintains a solid texture. I have tried other brands but this one has the worst texture. Effective in parts yes. But to apply it takes a lot of effort.

I don't know about the combination, but I was searching for a long time for a cream for cracked heels, elbows, and dry hands that are affected by frequent washing. It retains the moisture of the skin and protects incredibly. Especially for the heels, it is very nourishing and healing. It has become an integral part of my skincare routine.

Heavy texture but it is good as long as it doesn't come off with the diaper, as long as we use it we haven't seen any irritation. It requires very little quantity otherwise you will have to remove the excess with a baby wipe as it is very "rich". The packaging is very negative as it is full to the brim but very easy to spill. I believe that a plastic jar in which you can put the product inside will be more convenient. Due to the fact that it requires very little and the packaging is huge, I believe it will last a very long time. Overall, a value for money product.

I have been using it since I was a baby!! Excellent cream, multipurpose for skin irritations!!! I hope it never gets discontinued!!!!! And at an unbelievable price for what it offers!!!!

It is the best cream for what it promises! I have been using it since 1981! I raised my babies with this cream back then. I continue to use it until today. But I can't find it as easily as before. They have promoted other creams and this one is available in reduced or non-existent supply! If something can be done, let's find it again on the shelves for child care! Thank you very much!

My mother used it for many years on my sister who was bedridden. It never caused any irritation. It may have a strong smell, but it's not unpleasant, just strong. You only need a small amount, and it's so thick that it doesn't spread easily or get absorbed by the skin, which is why it protects against moisture so well. It is heavy artillery for babies who easily get irritated or sleep a lot and don't have their diapers changed frequently.

I didn't expect it to do such a good job... At first, I didn't like that it was like a stick... Now I understand! Even for me, after hand hair removal... I don't have a trace of pimples or ingrown hairs! Just perfect!

I use it at night or if I have to go somewhere with my baby and she might need to stay a little longer without an immediate diaper change. It creates a protective layer that better protects the skin compared to others that "disappear" immediately on the diaper. For all other times, it is better to use a thinner cream because this one does not spread very easily.

Very good cream! Its texture is ideal for staying on the skin for hours (e.g. overnight). It has helped us get rid of very bad breakouts. I highly recommend it
