Active Ingredients

  • Calcium is essential for maintaining normal bone condition.
  • Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin.
  • Folic acid supports the process of cell division.

Calcium intake is important for bone development. For this reason, calcium is essential for the healthy growth of children and the healthy development of their bones. 

Due to the menstrual cycle, women also need much more iron to support the normal formation of red blood cells.

Folic acid is essential during the reproductive period, as it contributes to normal hematopoiesis, cell division, and the development of maternal tissue during pregnancy.

Recommended Dosage

Usage: Take 1 tablet daily with water.
If necessary, you can break the tablet into two pieces.
