The wooden children's kitchen from ForAll company Helps the child develop his imagination by taking on the role of a real chef. He begins to discover his creativity and practice his communication skills with others, even if he is playing alone. Excellent kitchen, perfect quality. The most affordable wooden kitchen and it doesn't even look like it!
The colors are exactly like in the photo, I would even say better. It took me 1-2 hours to assemble it myself (with an electric screwdriver) and it was quite easy. The instructions were very clear. Each piece of wood was individually wrapped and all were in perfect condition. It has 2 wooden plates and 2 cups, along with 2 spoons, 2 small pots, and 2 wooden salt shakers.
In terms of size, it is for small children. My son is 1.5 years old and big for his age, and it is perfect for his size. It easily reaches the microwave with comfort. When he stands in front of the sink, for example, he can see straight through the window, center. But I think a child of 3-4 years old would find it somewhat small, meaning the child would be at the height of the microwave and would have to bend down to see through the window. The seats on the other side are small, but they are fine for 1.5-2.5-year-olds.
In details that you may not have noticed from the description:
The kitchen's eyes and other designs are printed on the wood (not stickers).
The faucet does not run water, the sink is detachable.
It has wheels for adjusting the oven and such, but they have a mechanism that makes a clicking sound when you turn them.
The doors have magnetic closures (if the cabinet doesn't fit perfectly, you need to push the magnet a little further in).
The oven opens completely from the front to the bottom (it falls a little forcefully, maybe I'll add a string to hold it), inside it has a shelf that doesn't come out.
The cabinet does not have a shelf.
It has two plastic hooks to hang kitchen utensils.
It has a wooden bar on the side for a towel.
One side is completely smooth, so it can easily touch the wall.
The screws are countersunk into the wood but are visible normally, without any danger to the child.
The table on the other side does not fold or anything like that, it is fixed.
Throughout the construction, they used large screws, it was screwed very securely. All the holes were already drilled and had something like a screw/nail already in place, you just screw in the screw. If it breaks, I will be very surprised.
It has notches like handles on the two large side woods, presumably for easy transportation, it is not very heavy but it is sturdy construction. It weighed 20 kilos in the box.
It seems that it does not scratch easily and does not absorb water. BUT children are children and I think it will get scratched at some point, sooner or later.
A wonderful choice, along with some extra sets of kitchen utensils and vegetables, it is just what you need.
Very beautiful kitchen, quality materials, the child loved it! The only negative is that it took me 3 hours to assemble it. The instructions were not very clear and I had to unscrew some parts and put them back together correctly, but with a little imagination I managed to do it! Also, very well packaged. Those who see it think it is very expensive, but it is one of the most economical.
Perhaps the most economical children's kitchen available!!! Very beautiful and sturdy construction. Worth its money
The best thing we bought for the little one. It's worth the money. We highly recommend it!!!
