I have the mobile phone for a week now. For the time being, I can say it is the best value for money. Fast, satisfactory camera, elegant, and with the 120W charger included in the package, it charges from 0 to 100 in max 20-25 minutes. It is waterproof as it has an IP68 certification. (I think it is the first of the Redmi series). It also has NFC because many people ask. The package also includes a protective case. Additionally, the screen has integrated Gorilla Glass installed by the company, so there is no need for someone to purchase additional protection. The only negative aspect for some, which I knew from the beginning but it didn't discourage me from buying it, is that it does not support wired headphones.
The truth is that I expected more from this phone based on the reviews I read and having it for only 1 month. Using it exclusively for social media, it lags a lot, reels on Instagram are not smooth, it freezes on simple video editing apps (inshot) and overall I find it tiring to use. I don't know if it's because it constantly has high temperatures now in the summer.
The cameras are good during the day, in fact the video, after a few adjustments, is very satisfactory, although it randomly freezes sometimes during shooting. However, the front camera when I try to take a photo from Instagram or Messenger in low light is unacceptable, it smoothens everything out as if the lens is blurred. I included two photos in the review, day & night, just to give you an idea. I don't take selfies ?
I am generally disappointed, even though it is not an expensive phone and obviously it won't be perfect, it is still a significant amount to spend expecting a normal result.
I bought the watermelon from Vodafone with a contract and paid 540 with a subsidy and with a few installments, but the battery is not worth it, it drains very quickly. On the 4th day, I took it back and I'm waiting for a response. What will I do? Will they fix it for me or will they send me another one? It's not worth it. I have the Note 10 Pro, which is much better, and I am very satisfied. The battery still lasts even after all these years, and I have no intention of selling it
Good photos of course as much light as day and better at night a little so so, it has a few irrelevant applications inside, the mobile phone clock I believe for a price up to 300 good you can't say it's bad, the screen yes and in the sun it looks quite good.
I read reviews that the battery doesn't last, but they don't mention that with just 10 minutes of charging from 30%, it reaches 100%. I am amazed by the charging, it's simply incredible. Additionally, it is very fast in everything, nice cameras, and the screen looks like a premium mobile. The only negative is indeed that it heats up, but for me, it's not a problem. Truly, it is the best mobile I have ever held in my hands.
I was expecting much better things from such a mobile phone. The lags it has been experiencing for two months are ridiculous. I switched from the Samsung Galaxy A50 and this one turned out worse. It heats up very easily and has countless lags.
to ask a question. Has anyone found the app that measures your heart rate from the fingerprint on the screen? Because it claims that this feature exists
I am writing about what I don't like about the mobile phone:
1) Battery
2) Software updates
3) Ads everywhere
4) Bluetooth range.
As a user of the device for about a month now, I have to say that the device is perfect. I was looking for a budget camera phone because I didn't want to go back to an iPhone due to the price and battery life. The phone has an incredible 200mp camera that takes perfect shots, the 12mp selfie camera is also perfect, and both cameras offer picture quality that would rival a flagship phone. The 120hz screen makes the phone smooth on the eyes, especially when it comes to video games, providing the best experience. The battery is quite large at 5000mAh, offering a day of usage+ even with always on display turned on. The processor of the phone is also very fast and can handle everything from browsing to professional use. I highly recommend this phone to everyone without hesitation, and I believe it offers a lot more for its price. Also, I come from a €500 iPhone SE 2 and I don't regret switching from Apple to Android
For everyday use without exaggeration, it is the best I have ever had. Fast, reliable, with good battery life, high quality photos and videos!
I used to see Xiaomi and get disappointed... from the moment it came into my hands I can assure you that it is the best in its category and at least unbeatable!!! If you want to play and not run out of battery, find a girlfriend or get a PS5!!!
I had the redmi note 8 pro and I was very satisfied. I did not expect that after five generations Xiaomi would release a worse phone in the same category. Problems with Bluetooth and overall the experience is not so smooth....
The mobile phone is great in everything. Comments about the camera etc. If you don't like it, go to iPhone and pay double and put money. As for the ads on its operating system etc. watch a video on YouTube on how to disable them and you will be fine. The battery lasts more than a day for me, I don't play games and I have everything open Bluetooth data and gps all day. And I didn't get a mobile with a 120hz screen to set it to play at 60hz to make the battery last longer. If you want the battery to last, get a playstation too. We are all tired of it, the battery doesn't last because I play games. You bought a phone, not a game console.
Good, the problem is with the curved screen I got a screen protector and it can't stick, resulting in dust remaining underneath the screen.
The mobile phone is perfect in everything!! I just wanted to ask. Mine came with a glass protector while I didn't know and had bought one. Did it happen to you too? It was kind of placed on top. Maybe it's not as resistant as a good glass protector? I tried to remove it but it doesn't come off :/ If someone has the same problem, please let me know
I had the redmi 10 and I feel that the battery lasted longer, of course it charges in 25 minutes so I can't complain. All redmi phones have a bad call speaker, it gives the impression that it doesn't sound good, sometimes it echoes but it's not a permanent issue
I bought the mobile and had it for 2 weeks. At first it seemed good for its money. I came from a Oneplus 6 that I enjoyed a lot for its 6 years of operation. Buying a mobile with a 120Hz screen and reducing it to 60Hz to make the battery last longer is not good. Whatever app I opened, sometimes in the settings on the mobile, it threw me an ad for Temu - AliExpress, etc. This can be fixed but come on... and from there they make money. This is the first time I encounter this on a mobile. I think Oneplus - Samsung - Apple are a step ahead in their operation. A 200 MP camera is misleading, it will never reach Google Pixel - Samsung - Apple - Huawei - Oneplus. If you buy it without VAT something happens but that's it. Charging the battery from 5% to 100% in 35 minutes and not in 20 or 25 as some mention, but this is not very important. The curved screen is nice, I liked it. I think the Poco x6 from the same company is better. These are a few things from me, I hope I helped.
A Value for Money Mid Range mobile phone.
I switched from Samsung A50 to this one and I am quite satisfied for the 1 month that I have it.
I bought this phone with high expectations and was surprised by what it would "offer" me for its price. To cut to the chase, the RAM indications seemed virtual to me. It didn't run as fast as the memory and processor promised. The fingerprint reader is very bad and the photos are cold (the 200 Megapixel is impressive but not...). Finally, it runs on HyperOS which has brought many connectivity and bug issues. The phone does not connect to Android Auto and despite Xiaomi's technical support efforts, they eventually confirmed to me that the operating system has issues and they themselves do not know when a new version will be released to fix the problems. I returned it and got a Samsung S23.
It is a pretty good mobile phone, with incredibly good battery (20 minutes for 100%), perfect resolution and fantastic camera. Finally, the upgraded interface makes the difference.
I don't give it a 5/5 as this particular model does not have radical differences compared to its predecessor (redmi note 12 pro). Additionally, it is relatively expensive for what it offers, so its price is not worth what it gives to the buyer.
I don't think there is a better mobile phone on the market right now for its price, with the only competitor being the x6 pro.
The positives outweigh the negatives, based on its price.
Another big positive is the provision of a 120W brick, as I believe this should be a given for modern smartphones in the mid-range and above.
In summary, it is a very decent option for everyday use and demanding gaming, despite its processor being in the 30s.
The two main negatives of the phone are the temperature during demanding gaming and the scattered ads in its operating system.
With strict criteria, I would give it a 3.8/5.
The best mobile phone of 2024 by far for the money it currently has.
Its battery is excellent and easily lasts for 2 days of use if you lower the refresh rate to 60hz in combination with the brightness at 50%.
The processor is incredibly fast, the 200mp camera is excellent, and with its whole package, it feels like you're holding a flagship in your hands!
The best value for money mobile phone on the market right now, as for the battery reviews, I searched and found that if you reduce the refresh rate to 60 Hz the battery lasts for two days with full use !!
Well, normal as a mobile phone. The night photos are terrible. It's better not to take photos at night. Also, the fingerprint sensor is non-existent. You have to try many times and eventually it will ask for a code. I am not satisfied
I am satisfied, I like the photos it takes. I need good photos for my work, without raising my budget too much and this phone is good for that.
I would like its battery to last longer.
It has frozen on me twice, but it may have been my own fault in use. I will come back, for now I would give it 4.5 and it loses half a star because of the battery, but it charges quickly and that's why it gets 5 stars
It is a good phone if you are not interested in photography. The advertisement for 200 megapixels is slightly misleading as the 200MP camera is not the main one. The main camera is 12.5MP. The 200MP camera does not have any settings apart from a 2x zoom. It does not have aspect ratio adjustment (it is only 4/3), HDR, ISO, or anything else, and it only takes decent photos in good lighting or with flash. All the settings are available on the 12.5MP sensor.
Xiaomi lover here for years, the previous model I had was Poco X3 NFC. I regret getting this phone. Not because of the quality issue, I use it constantly every day and the battery drains like crazy. Even my 3.5-year-old Poco didn't drain as fast. Even after upgrading to HyberOS, nothing changed with the battery issue. I didn't like the curved screen at all because it reflects the surrounding light from the curves and reflects on the screen, giving the feeling of a smaller screen and distorting the edges of the photos. On the positive side, the phone is very fast and of good quality, but it hasn't impressed me. I would prefer to get a similar model in Poco again. I just got it for the eSIM because I travel and the fast charging of 120W, but here we're talking about a battery that you have to constantly have your charger with you. 12GB RAM with 512GB for the model I got. If you don't mind the curved screen and battery issue, go for it...
Previous device poco x3 NFC. The difference is significant. The only negatives are that the battery does indeed drain quickly and the other is that the 120watt charger is not included in the packaging.
