• The dietary supplement Lamberts Vitamin D3 1000 IU contains vitamin D in its active form, cholecalciferol. 
• Vitamin D3 or cholecalciferol is a form similar to that produced in the body through sun exposure, and for this reason, it is more absorbable.

According to the official health claims by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), vitamin D contributes: 

• to the normal function of the immune system
• to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus
• to the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels
• to the maintenance of normal bones, muscles, and teeth
• to cell division

Take 1 capsule daily.

• Absorption time: Less than 30 minutes.
• Preferably taken after a meal.
